Golf Club

Coach Hartwig will be our Golf Coach!  

will start April 1, 2026. Official practices will be at Springfield Golf Club (1200 E St Andrews Blvd. Chandler) after school at 4:30pm... Every Wednesday (4/1, 4/8, 4/15, 4/22).  

This is a coed club sport, no physicals required!  We are limited to 10-12 golfers this season per the golf courses request. If we have more than 12 students interested, we will hold a tryout session just after return from spring break March 26 after school from 4:00-5:00p! Please bring a wedge and 7 iron for tryouts.

Club sign-ups will be available on the window by Student Services desk during the last week of school; March 2 - 6, 2026  Students MUST sign up if they are interested in Golf Club. Golf experience is a plus! 

We do not supply golf clubs; you will need your own.  There will be a $20 club fee and we will provide PJHS red collared shirts. We will be able to use the driving range, the putting and chipping area, and a few golf holes each week at the course. Parents can provide transportation to the course... or we will have a transportation waiver if you'd like Coach to drive them on our CUSD passenger bus.  Please be picked up at 5:30pm from the golf course. We would encourage you to practice on other days of the week/weekend.  

Matches:

April 7  at 3:15pm   Fountain of the Sun Country Club (vs. Crismon, Sossaman and Eastmark)

April 16 at 3:15pm   Fountain of the Sun Country Club (vs. Casteel, Sossaman and Eastmark)

Transportation to Fountain of the Sun will be provided by coach, but parents will have to pickup students after matches.

April 29 at 1:00pm at Fountain of the Sun Country Club
